Special Rules

Group and holiday bookings

1. How to cancel a ticket

To cancel a ticket, passengers need to contact the bus operator and provide their booking information so the support team can process the request.

  • Hotline: 0965 611 611
  • Zalo: 0961 615 611
  • Fanpage: https://www.facebook.com/G8sapaopentour

2. Cancellation deadline and fee

Except for holidays, Tet periods, group travel, or routes with their own separate operator rules, cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the original ticket price before discounts or promotions.

  • More than 48 hours before departure: no cancellation fee.
  • From 48 hours to 24 hours before departure: 50% cancellation fee.
  • From 24 hours to departure time: 100% cancellation fee.

The cancellation time is counted from the moment a G8 Tour staff member confirms that the cancellation has been completed successfully.

3. If the operator cancels the trip

If G8 Tour cancels a departure, the company will try to notify passengers as early as possible and assist them in moving to the nearest available trip.

If the passenger does not accept the replacement trip, G8 Tour will refund 100% of the fare for that canceled journey.

4. If the passenger misses the trip

Passengers should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure so luggage and seating can be arranged properly. G8 Tour is not responsible if the passenger does not meet this requirement.

Pick-up times at intermediate stops are only estimates because long-distance service can affect timing. Passengers boarding mid-route should contact the operator in advance to confirm the exact boarding time.

If a mid-route passenger does not contact the operator first, or the operator cannot reach the passenger, G8 Tour is not responsible if that passenger misses the trip.

If the bus leaves earlier than the scheduled departure time, or G8 Tour confirmed a pick-up but failed to pick up the passenger, the passenger will receive a 100% refund.

5. Special cancellation policy

  • Tickets booked through partner channels are subject to each partner's own cancellation and refund policy.
  • Tickets booked through the website should be supported via 1900 888 843.
  • For group bookings of 5 tickets or more, and for holiday or Tet travel dates, the cancellation fee is decided by G8 Tour.
  • Holiday or Tet dates include at least the 3 days before and the 3 days after each holiday period.

By booking group tickets or holiday-period tickets, passengers agree to follow the final cancellation decision issued by G8 Tour for those special cases.
